Join Our Team as an Operations Coordinator at Equivity!In this role, you will work directly with a U.S.-based client, supporting day-to-day operations across finance, client service, and internal teams. You’ll manage receivable accounts tasks such as invoicing and following up on outstanding payments, while maintaining accurate records and organization across processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for client communication, coordinate service calls, and help ensure a seamless client experience. Additionally, you’ll support sales and leadership with administrative tasks, assist with onboarding new clients, provide light technical troubleshooting, and contribute to recruiting, training, and marketing efforts as needed. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner, a proactive problem-solver, and a strong team player who can adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do:Assist with collections, accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and send invoices to clients.Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless client experience.Manage and update data within Salesforce, Coda, and other software systems, ensuring accuracy and organization.Support sales representatives with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing and sending customer pricing quotes.Post transactions and bills in QuickBooks. Assist with collections, accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and send invoices to clients.Set up new client accounts and ensure smooth onboarding.Provide administrative support across internal teams and client-facing processes, including maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports.Schedule service calls and create work orders.Provide light technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and clients.Support executive leadership with scheduling, coordination, and ad hoc tasks.Assist with recruiting efforts, including candidate coordination and communication.Support training initiatives and systems, including TalentLMS or similar platforms.Assist with social media updates and coordination.Utilize tools such as Repcard (or similar software) to support sales and marketing efforts.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.2+ years of relevant professional experience.Flawless written and spoken English.Experience with bookkeeping (preferably using QuickBooks).Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Experience with invoicing, collections, or administrative financial tasks.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.Experience with and ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).Team-oriented mindset with initiative, adaptability, and willingness to take on varied responsibilities.Valid visa and ability to travel if needed.Experience with tools like Repcard (or similar).Experience with TalentLMS (or similar platforms).Experience supporting sales teams, recruiting, or executive leadership.What we offer and other important information:$25,000 - $33,000 pesos per month (gross salary).Position on-siteMonday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm MST.Enjoy proportional vacations.Opportunities for professional development.A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedE04JI802n1q m4#J-18808-Ljbffr
