Responsibilities Design and build data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. Develop and implement data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions. Collaborate with teams to deliver data solutions that meet client needs and align with PwC Delivery Methodology. Support the delivery of standardized solutions across advisory services, leveraging GenAI-enabled platforms where appropriate. Minimum Years Experience / Experience and Skills The Delivery Excellence Reporting & Analytics team is looking for a Senior Associate to join the program team, with a focus on delivering excellence, client value, and cost-efficient delivery through standardized solutions. Having strong Data Engineering skills to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade data pipelines using PySpark, Python, SQL, Azure and Databricks. Strong technical background and experience on the Databricks platform with understanding of workflows, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and related components. Deep understanding of data modeling techniques and architectures (Delta Lake, DWH, Lakehouse). Experience setting up CI/CD, automated testing, and version control for fast and reliable deployments. Experience in ML techniques, RAG and agentic frameworks like Langchain and LangGraph. Solid understanding of distributed systems and experience with Apache Spark. Experience with Mosaic AI on Databricks is highly desirable. Interest and enthusiasm for transforming how we deliver work as part of the Delivery Excellence team.
