iMigrate is a self‑service immigration platform designed to make the visa application process simple, accessible, and affordable. We help individuals apply for immigration benefits without the high cost of traditional legal services. Our guided platform walks users step‑by‑step through their application, answering questions, uploading documents, and producing fully prepared forms ready for submission. Position Summary We are looking for a bilingual Social Media Manager to lead and grow iMigrate’s social media presence. This is a hands‑on role responsible for content creation, daily account management, and growth initiatives. You will own the full social media platforms from planning and publishing content to engaging with the audience and driving partnerships. Core Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day activity across all platforms (posting, comments, DMs). Maintain a consistent and culturally relevant brand voice. Create short‑form video, graphics, and written content in English and Spanish. Write captions and scripts aligned with brand messaging. Schedule and publish content consistently. Develop content pillars and monthly content calendars. Identify trends and create content that drives growth and engagement. Identify and coordinate partnerships and influencer outreach. Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics and continuously optimize content and strategy based on performance. Qualifications & Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish. Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably for a brand or business). Must be able to show examples of content created or accounts managed (portfolio or links required). Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok (algorithms, trends, content formats). Proficient in Canva for graphic design. Experience editing short‑form video (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar). Comfortable creating content directly on mobile (Reels, TikTok, Stories). Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and content composition. Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer). Ability to identify trends and turn them into content quickly. Understanding of engagement strategies (hooks, captions, CTAs).
