RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and manage the design, implementation and maintenance of the Business Management System in accordance with the requirements of the IATF 16949:2016 Standard. Coordinate and manage the implementation of an Environmental Management System. Coordinates the implementation and training of the Core Tools. Develops the Internal Audit Program to verify that procedures are documented and effectively implemented as well as the Follow-up Audits to verify timely corrective actions for Non-Compliance Points. Coordinates programs including scheduling, execution of audits, analysis of results, corrective and preventive actions. Coordinates preparation activities to receive external audits and achieve certification or recertification. Attends and facilitates quality audits (IATF, VDA, customers, etc.). EXPERIENCE Minimum experience of 2 years in an automotive environment under the certification of IATF 16949:2016 standard. Experience in the interpretation of the IATF 16949:2016 standard. Experience in the interpretation of the VDA 6.1 and 6.3 standard. Experience in the coordination of the Quality Management System. Minimum experience of 2 years in an environment under the certification of ISO14001:2015. Certification auditing, recertification, or supplier auditing experience is desirable. REQUIREMENTS An industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related degree is required. Bilingual with fluent conversational English (+85%). Knowledge and management of core tools (PFMEA, CP, MSA, PPAP, and APQP). Certification as internal auditor / lead auditor desirable. Proven knowledge in project management.
