About the Role A pricing/revenue management analyst will monitor, structure and execute everything related to pricing, from marketplace monitoring to improving user experience while achieving business and financial goals. Responsibilities Work on and define the region's pricing strategy with the leadership team; Create frameworks to improve decision-making; Be responsible for pricing/revenue management decisions on a day-to-day basis; Serve as the point of contact for all pricing matters with the organization; Develop a methodology to optimize pricing decisions; Collaborate with operations, marketing, product, and growth teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field; 1-3 years of experience in revenue management, consultancy, investment banking, financial planning & analysis, business improvement, business intelligence or related fields; Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, SQL skills required; Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention to detail; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work cross‑functionally across countries; Ability to learn and deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality; Tolerance of ambiguous and changing environments, proactivity; Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
