Role and Responsibilities Amazon Retail Business Services team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands on candidate to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will work with vendors to help drive growth and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx, while facilitating great business relationships with vendors. You will be responsible for a segment of retail vendors of a specific category. You will work with vendors to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of products, and interact directly with Amazon internal customers to deliver to their requirements and work directly with the Category team to ensure the overall health of the processes and priorities. Key Areas Provide day-to-day support to vendors. Analyze the key levers of the business to identify trends and proactively take action to improve vendor experience, sales and profitability. Partner with the Vendor Management Team on key projects. Own P&L for the managed portfolio of vendors.
