Advanced Marketers is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps contractors and home service businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, CRM systems, and creative strategy. We are building a strong team in Guadalajara and are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us find, screen, and organize high‑quality candidates for multiple roles inside our agency. About the Role We are looking for a recruiter who can help us hire strong talent in Guadalajara and surrounding areas. This person will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, organizing the hiring pipeline, and helping us move quickly with qualified applicants. This role requires strong English communication skills because many of the positions we hire for require English‑speaking candidates who will work with our U.S.-based team. We need someone who can identify real talent, spot red flags early, and help us avoid wasting time with unqualified candidates. Responsibilities Source candidates in Guadalajara through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local recruiting channels Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms Review resumes and filter candidates based on role requirements Conduct initial screening interviews in English Evaluate candidates for English level, professionalism, work experience, and role fit Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Keep candidate pipelines organized and updated Send interview invites, follow‑ups, rejection messages, and next‑step communications Help create and improve job descriptions, screening questions, and scorecards Track candidate status and provide regular hiring updates Recruit for roles such as marketing specialists, media buyers, sales reps, admin assistants, creative team members, and operations support Help improve our overall recruiting process in Guadalajara Requirements Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience Strong English communication skills, written and spoken Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Comfortable conducting phone, Zoom, or in‑person screening interviews Strong organization and follow‑up skills Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles at the same time Good judgment when evaluating communication skills, professionalism, and experience Comfortable working in a fast‑paced company Located in Guadalajara or able to reliably work in Guadalajara Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for marketing, sales, admin, creative, or agency roles Experience hiring English‑speaking candidates in Mexico Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, Facebook groups, or similar platforms Experience creating screening questions and candidate scorecards Experience recruiting for remote or U.S.-based companies Understanding of digital marketing roles such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, web design, or content creation What We’re Looking For Fast Organized Professional Detail‑oriented Strong at follow‑up Comfortable asking direct questions Good at judging people quickly Able to work with urgency Able to communicate clearly in English Strong at keeping the hiring process organized Important Requirement Because this role requires English communication, please submit your resume in English.
