Dexian is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Author Specialist to support the creation, management, and optimization of digital content across our web platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of content management systems, and is passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences. Graphic design experience is not required, but candidates with a design background will have an added advantage in enhancing visual content and collaborating effectively with creative teams. Key Responsibilities Author, edit, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Maintain and update website pages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards Collaborate with UX, marketing, and development teams to implement content strategies Manage digital assets, including images, videos, and documents within the AEM Digital Asset Manager (DAM) Ensure content is optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices Troubleshoot content issues and provide solutions within AEM Follow governance standards, workflows, and approval processes for content publishing Assist with content audits and quality assurance to ensure a seamless user experience Required Qualifications Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a content author or in a similar role Strong understanding of content management systems and web publishing workflows Familiarity with HTML basics and web content structure (no coding required, but helpful) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Experience with Figma ADA Compliance experience a plus Basic knowledge of graphic design principles (layout, typography, visual hierarchy) Experience working closely with UX/UI design teams Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first content strategies Knowledge of analytics tools or A/B testing platforms What Sets You Apart A strong eye for visual detail and user experience Ability to turn design concepts into polished, web-ready content Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools Additional information Opportunity 100% remote to work anywhere from Mexico English proficiency Share your resume in English Opportunity for Mexican Citizens and/or foreigners living in Mexico with work permit VISA
