Responsibilities Focus on strategically growing revenue and services through Element’s service offering. Demonstrate expertise in the marketplace to uncover local and global opportunities. Partner with internal customer teams to continuously identify cost savings projects, growth opportunities, and enhance performance in line with client practices and objectives. Generate share of wallet opportunities with existing customers. Identify needs and develop proposals with Element’s value‑added services. Coordinate end‑to‑end sales process for new asset and service onboarding (risk‑under‑writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation). Accountable for overall relationship management of clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Coordinate internal areas to meet day‑to‑day or new requirements. Meet clients to maintain and grow business relationships. Oversee line renewals and legal changes. Introduce new products and services to existing clients to enhance profitability and present new products once rolled out. Develop, plan, and execute strategic account plans, coordinating with strategic consulting projects and business reviews. Identify and articulate best practices within the industry. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience. MBA desirable. Project Management success stories. Proficient in English (both written and oral). Experience within the vehicle management or related financial/asset‑based industry preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, dependent on client portfolio and location. Willingness to learn and capable of adjusting to a fast‑paced & changing environment. Strong communication skills (oral and written), influencing and relationship‑building skills. World‑class negotiation skills with a proven track record of success. Strong customer focus with superior levels of customer satisfaction.
