Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Property Coordinators in managing maintenance requests through Property Meld. You’ll handle simple maintenance requests, coordinate with owners, tenants, and vendors, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time. This role is key in supporting the Property Coordinators so they can focus on larger issues in the field. During work hours, the VA will remain on Zoom with the coordinators for quick communication and clarification. What You’ll Do Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests via Property Meld Coordinate with owners, tenants, and vendors to schedule maintenance and resolve issues Assess damages (tenant vs. owner responsibility) and gather vendor estimates for approval Follow up with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with completed work Maintain accurate records of requests, communications, and updates in Property Meld Help organize and prioritize tasks for efficiency and preventative maintenance Provide administrative support (scheduling, reporting, documentation) as needed Qualifications Experience in property management or maintenance coordination preferred Property Meld experience required Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable with remote work and virtual tools (Zoom, email, phone, etc.) Professional and reliable with high integrity Hours of Operation Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM (after 90-day probationary period, part-time moving to full-time) Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative, Customer Service, and Project Management We are seeking to fill this role at VPM Solutions.
