Mid Art Director (Focused on asset adaptation) Monks is seeking a talented production designer to further their skills in digital asset production, content design, and retouching. In this senior-level role, you will join a dedicated global team in producing top-quality content for the product interfaces of one of the world’s most recognizable brands. Responsibilities Specialize in the design of static visuals for a wide variety of channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising. Work as part of a dedicated global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors who produce world‑class work across time zones. Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce many good‑looking assets at a steady pace. Ensure pixel perfectness and safeguard quality at all times, working together with QA testers. Make sure designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats, dimensions, and languages. Work directly with client‑side art directors, representing Monks from a design perspective. About you The essentials: Around 4 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets. Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills. Sketch or Figma skills are a bonus. Master the art of silhouetting; additional retouching skills are a plus. Keep files, layers, and folders super‑organized. Take charge of tasks independently, collaborate with clients, and proactively lead projects. Contribute to different stages of the production process—from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning. Creating balanced and beautiful layouts is second nature. Always look for process efficiencies. Handle repetitive tasks and stay focused. Well‑versed in English, production tricks, and cat videos.
