The Performance Excellence Actuary role focuses on applying statistical and mathematical analysis to evaluate and optimize business performance metrics and risk assessment processes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement lean tools aligned with business objectives and organizational transformation goals. Analyze organizational performance using key metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. Support business transformation initiatives , collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution. Conduct complex data analysis to evaluate processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose evidence-based solutions. Monitor key projects , applying project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP. Collaborate with leaders across different functional areas to align processes, identify synergies, and ensure achievement of shared objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to organizational leaders, providing relevant insights and support for informed decision-making. Excel (advanced) Python SQL Knowledge in agile and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Requirements Education/Skills Actual student of: Actuarial Science.
