Position Objective Ensure the optimal, safe, and continuous operation of electronic security systems (Access Control, CCTV and Monitoring) with a focus on the Genetec Security Center platform. This is achieved through preventive maintenance, project supervision, interdepartmental coordination, and continuous improvement of technological security processes. Lead Responsibilities Manage, configure, and maintain the Genetec Security Center software, including cameras, doors, readers, licenses, and events. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV in accordance with the established plan. Coordinate effectively with the Security Monitoring Room, ensuring continuous device operability and proper incident response. Conduct daily inspections of cameras and doors to ensure correct functionality and compliance with physical security standards. Provide technical training to system operators to ensure proper use of the platform. Collaborate closely with the Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure (servers), and Facilities teams. Oversee the execution of security technology projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with BRP’s quality standards. Apply best practices in technical documentation, backups, and change control. Ensure compliance with internal policies, international standards, and BRP’s Quality Policy. Participate in internal and external audits, providing technical evidence of compliance. Propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all security systems equipment and assets. Act in accordance with BRP’s values. Required English level: B2. Work modality: 100% on-site; not remote. Skills Genetec Suite Software IT experience Technical skills in ACS Basic knowledge: IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networks) Technical skills in CCTV Hardware failure detection Education Bachelor's / IT Engineer Speciality Experience 2 Years in Information Technologies Language Fluent in Spanish written and verbal. English advanced (Min. 80%) written specifically. French or German is an advantage.
