The BDR at GoldStar by Solera is responsible for driving top‑of‑funnel growth by engaging U.S.‑based dealership customers and creating new business opportunities. Responsibilities Execute the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process for building the sales pipeline. Prospect and engage net‑new dealer accounts to generate new business opportunities. Execute high‑volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, sequences) to build pipeline. Identify key decision‑makers and qualify new logo opportunities. Lead discovery conversations to uncover needs and position GoldStar’s value. Create and convert Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) for the sales team. Consistently meet or exceed pipeline and activity targets. Maintain accurate CRM data and manage pipeline progression. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on campaigns and target accounts. Ensure CRM tools and Solera value‑selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred. Experience making outbound calls daily; inside sales, SDR, or B2B outbound sales. Experience in a contact‑center sales environment. Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas. Understanding of sales cycle stages, basic qualification frameworks, objection handling, phone etiquette, and contact‑center KPIs. Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast‑paced, inside‑sales‑oriented environment. Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfort with sales technology and CRM tools. Experience in automotive, dealership, or related industries, in competitive displacement sales. Teamwork and good communication skills are a must.
