We are seeking a highly capable Site Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a critical site, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations. This role requires a strong leader with integrity and emotional intelligence, experienced in site management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement, who can drive team performance while fostering a positive and engaged work environment aligned with company values. The successful candidate will ensure strong governance, clear communication, and proactive issue management, maintaining full visibility of site performance while meeting key KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, and people, and ensuring full compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficiency and continuity Drive safety, quality, and compliance with local regulations Manage procurement and vendors with strong governance and cost control Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships Monitor KPIs and provide clear visibility on site performance and risks Lead, engage, and develop a high-performing team The Basics Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar facilities role and proven experience leading teams Technical Skills: Strong local regulation and normativity knowledge.
