Responsibilities Provide end-to-end operational support for OTC, equity, and fixed income product Support internal stakeholders across Global Markets Support daily operational activities related to equity, fixed income, and OTC products, ensuring trades are confirmed, settled, and reported accurately and on time. Coordinate with internal teams such as Trading Support and Settlements to ensure smooth execution of market operations. Maintain and update internal systems, making sure information is complete, accurate, and up to date. Monitor operational activities to ensure deadlines are met and internal procedures are followed. Perform ongoing quality checks on reports and data to ensure consistency and compliance. Assist with internal reviews and audits by providing information and follow-up as needed. Review operational metrics and help prepare explanations or comments for internal stakeholders. Participate in system and process testing to ensure applications and automated tools function correctly. Identify opportunities to improve day‑to‑day processes and contribute to efficiency and accuracy. Work within a global, international bank environment, collaborating with teams across different regions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in operations or support roles within a financial institution, such as a global bank, brokerage firm, or investment house. Exposure to capital markets or money markets is strongly preferred. Advanced English (verbal and written). Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory). High attention to detail with a strong control and risk mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, global operations environment. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work effectively within global, cross‑functional teams.
