You will shape initiatives, build business cases, and lead delivery teams executing IT/OT programs across MES/SCADA/PLC/ERP ecosystems, driving measurable operational outcomes and sustainable adoption. Key Responsibilities Operations Transformation & Delivery Lead shop‑floor improvement and digitalization workstreams: improve OEE, scrap, yield, throughput, lead time, safety, and compliance. Run Industry 4.0 maturity assessments and support roadmap definition; prioritize use cases based on value/ROI (traceability, quality analytics, digital work instructions, predictive maintenance). Support IT/OT architecture design integrating plant systems, MES, ERP, and data platforms; coordinate with cybersecurity and industrial networking teams. Coordinate automation and industrial connectivity (e.g., OPC UA, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP) to enable reliable data capture and visibility. Business Case & Value Realization Build business cases and value models for improvement/automation initiatives; track benefits realization. Define KPI frameworks and dashboards for performance management and operational reporting. Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain and IT/OT to ensure adoption and change management. Proposals & Growth Support origination and proposal development (assessment → roadmap → implementation) for manufacturing clients. Present value propositions and results to senior stakeholders; support scope and sequencing discussions. Develop relationships with plant leaders, operations, quality, maintenance, and IT/OT leadership. People Leadership & Practice Building Lead multidisciplinary teams (operations, automation, data/AI, SAP/MES); coach and develop team members. Contribute assets and accelerators in digital manufacturing, connectivity, analytics, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or related). Experience leading operations improvements and/or digital programs in manufacturing plants (MES/SCADA/ERP) and line improvement initiatives. Understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete and/or process) and operational metrics; ability to quantify ROI and value levers. Exposure to IT/OT environments, ISA‑95 principles, and shop‑floor data integration practices. Leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English. Preferred Qualifications Automation/PLC exposure and industrial connectivity experience. Experience with SAP (PP/QM/MM/EWM/PM) and/or leading MES platforms; integration with analytics/data platforms. Lean/Six Sigma, APICS, Agile, or other relevant certifications. Experience with multi‑site programs and vendor management.
