We’re hiring | Fleet Consultant / B2B Key Accountant (Mexico City) At Changan México, we’re growing our commercial fleet business and looking for a Fleet Consultant (ICE & New Energy) to join our Sales team. This role is for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an active client portfolio, capable of selling vehicle fleets to companies and building long-term business relationships. What you’ll do: Drive fleet sales (ICE & New Energy vehicles) in your assigned region Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accounts Identify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiations Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → follow-up Coordinate test drives, demos, and client visits Maintain an updated pipeline and CRM discipline Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients What we’re looking for: Proven experience in fleet sales / B2B automotive sales Strong client portfolio: this is key Experience with leasing, corporate sales, or procurement processes Solid understanding of TCO, cost analysis, and proposal building Advanced English CRM management and pipeline tracking Strong negotiation and closing skills Willingness to travel Profile: Highly commercial and results-driven Strong relationship builder Strategic thinker with execution focus Comfortable working with targets and KPIs If you have the network, drive, and ambition to grow fleet business, we want to hear from you.
