The role of Bid & Proposal Manager is responsible for regionally delivering high quality bids and proposals to meet customer requirements, identifying, analyzing, and mitigating commercial risks and deriving pricing that reflect the full solution value and best positions for Hilti. What You’ll Do Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to: Analyze tender documents, clarify requirements, deconstruct evaluation criteria, and develop aligned commercial and pricing strategies with stakeholders Consolidate bidding documents in line with tender requirements and company strategy, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks; collaborate with legal to review terms, manage deviations, and ensure proper risk contingency is budgeted Work with internal teams and customers to shape negotiation strategies, lead contract negotiations, and resolve commercial and contractual issues Support project teams to ensure revenue, gross margin, and contractual commitments align with company targets during both bid and execution phases Oversee commercial aspects post-award, including claims, change orders, contract close-out, and ensure effective handover to execution teams What You’ll Bring Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is required Bachelor’s or higher degree in Legal, Finance, Business, Engineering or related area from an accredited university or college.
