The role is based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day sourcing operations for IT categories, including Software, Hardware, and IT Services. Lead sourcing strategy execution aligned with Global Procurement policies and business objectives. Develop and implement category strategies to optimize cost, performance, and supplier value. Perform spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier evaluation to drive informed sourcing decisions. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand demand and future business needs. Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and issue resolution. Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and vendor claims when required. Drive year‑over‑year savings, working capital improvements, and sourcing efficiencies. Support innovation and digital strategy initiatives through supplier collaboration and market insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement across relevant categories. Proven negotiation experience (4+ years) in a global environment. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and sourcing/procurement tools. Solid understanding of supplier relationship management (SRM) principles. Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure. Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Certifications such as CPSM, ISM or equivalent are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing AI‑related technologies and digital solutions. Strong track record in delivering cost savings and procurement transformation initiatives. Experience managing global supplier networks and complex contracts. Ability to leverage market intelligence for strategic advantage. Demonstrated success in driving innovation through supplier partnerships. Experience in Food Ingredients or similar global industries. Strong financial acumen and lifecycle cost optimization mindset. Proactive communication style with strong business partnering approach. Experience supporting digital transformation and IT strategy initiatives.
