RESPONSIBILITIES Own the successful implementation of all trade activities and account management negotiations. Handle trade investment to register, track and control all activities driven with clients. Analyse key business data – sales, margins, inventory, pricing, market trends – to generate actionable insights and propose short‑term solutions. Ensure excellent enforcement of our Execution Pillars: Distribution, Visibility, Quality, Price, Advocacy, and Promotion. Lead the execution of Bacardi’s Local Commercial Plan (“BIM”) on time and in full. Deliver results in both sell‑in and sell‑out through a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and channel dynamics. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long‑term, win‑win relationships. Communicate proactively with clients to improve services, solve operational issues, and identify collaboration opportunities. Develop and manage Joint Business Plans aligned with commercial priorities and Bacardi’s targets. Track and analyse account performance to ensure forecast and budget delivery. Collaborate closely with Customer Marketing, Marketing and Commercial peers to strengthen in‑store execution. Align brand activation and commercial initiatives, managing the assigned budget efficiently. Cultivate a strong Measure & Evaluation (M&E) culture. Analyse market data (e.g., ISCAM, SOV/SOM/SOVI) to identify opportunities and act. SKILLS 3–5 years of experience managing Key Accounts (Desirable Grocery Distributors) in the FMCG industry. Strong commercial acumen and consistent track record of business impact. Advanced analytical and decision‑making skills, with experience interpreting SOV, SOM, SOVI, and Nielsen/ISCAM indicators. Proficient in tools such as Excel (intermediate+), Power BI, and commercial data platforms (e.g., PABIS). Excellent planning, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build trust and influence across internal and external stakeholders. Highly proactive, results‑driven, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments. Fully fluent in Spanish; professional proficiency in English. Leadership and self‑management skills to collaborate with a high‑performing team. Proven capability to manage sell‑in/sell‑out dynamics, inventory levels and forecast accuracy in high‑scale retailers. Trade investment and budget management skills.
