Your Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Systems Engineering / Business Management Engineering or related field is required. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working in Human Resources or in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Bi, Power Automate, Copilot, Excel & SAP. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
