The Senior Key Account Manager The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the retail channel, driving business growth, strengthening strategic relationships with customers and ensuring profitability and brand positioning in the market. Required profile We are looking for a profile with solid experience working with big box retailers and commercial chains. Main responsibilities Manage and develop commercial relationships with key accounts and retail chains. Lead commercial negotiations, contracts and pricing agreements. Drive growth in sales, market share and profitability. Develop trading strategies and account plans. Identify business opportunities, upselling, and category expansion. Track business performance, KPIs and customer satisfaction. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams. Perform analysis of market, competition, and industry trends. Represent the company in meetings, events and strategic negotiations. Strategic planning, development of forecast sell-in, sell-out. Key requirements +5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or similar roles. Experience in Liverpool (1 year), Sears, Palacio de Hierro, suburbia. Experience handling key accounts and complex sales cycles. Experience in retail / modern channel / big box retailers. Strong trading and negotiation skills. Advanced English. Bachelor's degree completed. Desirable Experience in the appliance industry or consumer durables. Background in leading companies in the segment. Key competences Negotiation and management of strategic clients. Commercial planning and business vision. Analytical thinking and results orientation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work in dynamic and fast-growing environments. Ideal profile KAM Senior with experience in retail / modern channel / big box retailers. Background in household appliances or durable consumption. Strong commercial focus and strategic negotiation.
