Provide best practice guidance to design and build teams. Quality Assurance Review and validate configurations against approved functional designs. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards. Technical & Data Validation Review CMDB structure, CI relationships, asset mappings, and data models. Validate integration alignment and cross-module configurations. Support complex decisions across module intersections. Delivery Support Support UAT defect triage and prioritization. Assist in identifying technical risks and quality concerns. Go‑Live & Transition Validate reporting, dashboards, and operational readiness. Support hypercare and knowledge transfer to support teams.
