Benefits Data Management Specialist The Role: Our Benefits team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to focus on invoice processing and maintaining seamless data management operations across multiple platforms between Payroll and Benefits. This is a fixed-term position based in Queretaro, MX through December 31, 2026. What You’ll Do Data Quality & Management (Benefits) Maintain high standards of data quality between internal systems and external vendor platforms to guarantee seamless benefit delivery and compliance. Ensure all benefits data related to new hires, job changes and terminations is updated in payroll. Document and monitor benefit technical set-up in Payroll systems. Monitor data transfers and integrations, resolving errors and data discrepancies when necessary. Support initiatives to optimize and automate processes, enhancing data integrity and administrative efficiency across the organization. Invoice Processing & Vendor Relations (HR) Review, reconcile, and process all HR invoices in a timely manner using SAP, actively partnering with vendors and Finance to resolve discrepancies. Foster strong relationships with external HR vendors and service providers. Partner with A/P and the vendors on better, more efficient ways of processing invoices regularly. Other Duties Contribute to People Operations Center (POC) projects, system enhancements, and regional initiatives as needed. What You’ll Need Education Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Tier 1/Tier 2 HR shared services for a large, complex organization, across multiple sites and countries Demonstrated exposure and understanding of benefits set-up in payroll systems (preferred) Demonstrated experience maintaining and reconciling data between Workday, internal systems, and vendor platforms. Familiarity with invoice processing (specifically utilizing SAP). Exceptional organizational, analytical, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in English required Solid Microsoft Office 365 skills, including advanced excel proficiency High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment. Deeply curious about problem solving, finding solutions, and challenging status quo when appropriate Work Environment This role spends approximately 100% of the time in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to speak or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; work in hot, cold and loud environments.
