We are seeking a Data Engineer with approximately 4 years of experience to help design, build, and support scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. This role will focus heavily on Snowflake and Matillion , with a strong emphasis on deployments, automation, and operational excellence . Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines using Matillion to ingest and transform data from multiple source systems into Snowflake Develop and optimize Snowflake data models , including performance tuning, cost optimization, and query optimization Manage and execute data pipeline deployments across environments (dev, test, prod) Improve and standardize automation for data pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and error handling Partner with analytics and business teams to translate data requirements into scalable technical solutions Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and implement proactive alerting and recovery processes Contribute to CI/CD practices for data engineering, including version control and release management Ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation across the data platform Participate in code reviews and help establish best practices for data engineering and DataOps Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data‑focused engineering role Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, cost awareness) Proven experience building and managing pipelines with Matillion Experience running deployments and supporting production data environments Solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts Experience improving automation for data pipelines, testing, or deployments Familiarity with Git/version control and collaborative development workflows Ability to troubleshoot data issues across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) Python experience for orchestration, automation, or data processing Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with monitoring, logging, or data quality frameworks Knowledge of DataOps or analytics engineering best practices What We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys improving automation and reducing manual work A strong collaborator who can work across technical and non‑technical teams A problem‑solver who can balance speed, reliability, and scalability #J-18808-Ljbffr
