Station Manager – Monterrey, Nuevo León What will be your main objective in this role? The Station Manager is responsible for leading both operational and commercial functions to drive the growth of the station, ensuring service excellence, superior customer experience, team development, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities Lead air, ocean, and value-added services operations. Ensure compliance with standardized processes and established KPIs. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Develop strong local market understanding and steer commercial actions accordingly. Develop and lead cross‑functional teams across operations and customer service. Ensure compliance with national and international customs and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with commercial teams to retain and grow key accounts. Manage relationships with carriers, authorities, and logistics partners. Own customer relationships, retaining and satisfying customers and managing local commercial execution as part of the Station’s P&L responsibility. Drive profitability through process optimization and vendor negotiations. Ensure accurate billing, margin control, and financial analysis. Manage customer profitability and revenue leakage. Identify business development opportunities. Ensure compliance with ethics, regulatory, and safety policies. Execute product strategies aligned with country, region and global directives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in international business or a related field. 6–8 years in freight forwarding or contract logistics. Experience managing and developing teams of more than 20 people. Experience in land, ocean, and air transportation logistics services. Knowledge of customs, trade compliance, and logistics systems. Proven experience in commercial or customer‑facing roles. Strong understanding of freight procurement and pricing mechanisms. Advanced English proficiency. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
