Role Overview This role is focused on keeping projects organized, on track, and financially aligned from start to finish. You’ll play a key part in managing workflows within JobTread, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and materials are accurately maintained. Success in this role comes from clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts while keeping projects running smoothly. What You’ll Own Manage the client-to-sales process within JobTread, ensuring accurate tracking and progression Create and update budgets, proposals, customer orders, vendor orders, and bills Monitor project financials, including cost management and overall job health (P&L) Maintain and update project schedules to ensure timelines are met Coordinate material planning and ordering with vendors Support overall project operations through consistent system updates and follow-through What Makes This Role a Fit Do you naturally communicate clearly and keep everyone aligned, even when multiple stakeholders are involved?
