If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Facilities Engineer**located in **Tijuana, Mexico**.Reporting to the **Facilities Manager** the **Facilities Engineer** is responsible on applying engineering values to design, modify or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.**What a typical day looks like:*** Research facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to define designs which can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods.* Research engineering proposals, process requirements and related technical data pertaining to industrial facilities machinery and equipment design.* Defines feasibility of designing new plant facilities equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning and other technical and economic factors.* Provides technical facilities information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties and process advantages and limitations which affect long range plant and product engineering planning.* Compiles and research facilities research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment.* Studies engineering and technical publications to keep abreast of technical changes and developments in industry.* Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.* Guides projects and project teams.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.* Advanced English* Matter Expertise in one or more of the following areas: clean rooms, Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, RO/DI Water systems, Waste Neutralization, Compressed gas distribution systems, vacuum systems, Process chillers and non-clean utilities.* Manufacturing plant construction in a cGMP industry; preferably in Medical Devices or Pharma.* Facilities Engineering construction activity at MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) discipline.* Fault/Root Cause Analysis and Review (FRACAS).* Utilities (steam, cooling media, heating media, water systems, compressed air).**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.CP68## ## Job CategoryOperationsRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
