Overview About the Role: We seek a Sr. Associate to join our Latam Corporate Strategy Team, inside the Mobility Strategy & Planning Team. The Corporate Strategy Team is responsible for leading our Planning Process, Governance Model, Headcount Management & Latam Ways of Working. Responsibilities Latam Strategy & Priorities: Work closely with the Latam Leadership team and Strategy & Planning teams across the region to build and manage the overall Mobility Strategy, defining narratives, principles, goals, and priorities. Planning: Run the annual Latam Planning Process working with the Central, Local, and Cross-Functional teams. Governance: Build, run, and improve the ongoing governance of the Latam Mobility team. Develop Relationships: Collaborate with other functional areas (Business Development, People Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Rides, Eats, Cornershop, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships. Ways of Working: Identify, build, and implement new and improved processes that facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effectiveness within the Latam teams. Headcount Management: Help with the headcount management within the region, considering budget, asks, and relationship with Talent Acquisition. Requirements Proven Track Record: You\'ll have 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, operations, or similar roles. Planning and Organization: Appropriately prioritizing and planning projects and/or tasks that maximize the benefit for the organization. Communication: Communicating clearly and concisely, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights. Teamwork: Working well in a team, through optimism and respect for others. Strong Stakeholder Management: Engaging, informing, and gaining the support of various stakeholders. Taking time to build helpful relationships and earning the trust of others within the organization through strong situational awareness and reliability. Self-starter: The ability to self-serve, investigate, and get the info/data we require will make you much more effective in this role. Business Acumen and Critical Thinking Skills: You\'ll need to be able to use data and think creatively to identify the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them. You will need to be comfortable thinking about the big-picture strategy, but also getting your hands dirty in the details. English: Proficiency in English. Data Management Skills: Excel and general financial acumen. Preferred Qualifications Proven capability to manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously, consistently meeting challenging deadlines. Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and cross-functional approach to issues preferred. Experience working with a bias to action, and grittiness to get things done.
