This role is focused on inbound lead qualification , first-contact customer engagement, and sales handoff support. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, highly organized, and comfortable speaking with a high volume of leads every day in both English and Spanish . This person will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, so strong communication, trust-building, and professionalism are essential. About the Role This is an inside sales role supporting a company that sells rural land and small ranch-style properties in the U.S. The Inside Sales Representative will contact inbound leads, qualify their needs, understand their budget, and determine whether they are a good fit before passing them to the outside sales team. This is not a closing role . The outside sales team handles property showings, deeper consultation, and closing. Your role is to make the first contact, qualify the lead, build trust, and create a strong handoff. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly to inbound leads from Facebook, Google, website forms, referrals, inbound calls, and other marketing channels. Contact leads by phone, text, and email. Follow up consistently with leads who do not answer on the first attempt. Handle a high volume of daily conversations and follow-up activities. Ask discovery questions to understand what type of land or property the buyer is looking for. Identify preferred acreage, location, timeline, motivation, and budget. Conduct basic financial qualification by confirming whether the expected monthly payment range is within the prospect’s budget. Build rapport and trust with English- and Spanish-speaking prospects. Create a positive first impression and represent the company professionally. Document all conversations, notes, and follow-up activity in the CRM. Use HubSpot or similar CRM tools to track leads and manage pipeline activity. Pass qualified leads to the outside sales team with clear and complete notes. Follow scripts and talking points while still sounding natural and conversational. Work closely with leadership and the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion. Requirements Fluent or advanced English and Spanish. Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound leads. Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. Ability to build trust quickly with prospects. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong attention to detail when entering notes and updating CRM records. Comfortable using or learning CRM systems such as HubSpot. Availability to work a schedule that may include weekends. Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate, land sales, property sales, mortgage, home services, leasing, or related industries. Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies. Experience using HubSpot or another CRM. Experience qualifying inbound leads from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, paid search, or website inquiries. Mexico-based candidates are strongly preferred due to customer demographics and cultural alignment. Schedule This full-time position requires 40 hours across five consecutive workdays each week (CST business hours). Weekend work is required, including every Saturday and approximately every other Sunday. Schedules follow a five-days-on, two-days-off rotation. Depending on business needs, typical schedules may include: Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday–Monday off), or Wednesday–Sunday (Monday–Tuesday off).
