Job Role: Customer Service Representative In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate support across multiple channels. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience by actively listening and understanding customer needs. Job location Guadalajara Job Mode Onsite (work from office) Key Skills Required Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative Ability to appreciate the customers’ perspective showing empathy. Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns. Ability to multi‑task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources. Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns. Listen to customers’ concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions. Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability. Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service.
