Conducts investigations, documents, analyzes, and reports findings. Reports nonconformities and improvement opportunities, and requests corresponding action plans. Communicates Quality Alerts across the organization. Characterizes and classifies operational discrepancies. Provides Return of Experience (RETEX) to personnel and delivers feedback sessions. Follows up on the correction of nonconformities, ensuring timely implementation of containment actions and monitoring the effectiveness of action plans. Performs internal audits across different company areas and supports the implementation of containment and corrective actions. Participates in the development, analysis, and updating of quality indicators as required. Supports quality investigations to determine root causes of nonconformities and responds to customer complaints. Ensures the SAESA Quality Management System is properly followed and updated as necessary. Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies, including 5 Whys, 8D, and Cause-and-Effect (Ishikawa) diagrams. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, with the ability to generate and manage KPIs. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Dynamic, solution-oriented approach with a focus on resolving deviations as quickly as possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
