Responsibilities Collect equipment fault information (including historical data, fault recordings, etc.) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor. Conduct inspection of arrived goods and request the client/owner to sign the goods receipt. Review the quantity of replacement spare parts for the client, conduct a preliminary analysis of the reasons for replacement, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor. Provide maintenance and follow-up support for key client projects. Execute and implement the requirements from the R&D team, provide the estimated completion time, and report/feedback to the regional supervisor. Forecast the on-site spare parts demand (3 months in advance) and report/feedback to the regional supervisor. Qualifications Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related fields Previous experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experience Ability to travel frequently Ability to work under pressure Dedication to problem solving Good knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipments #J-18808-Ljbffr
