Lead the internal engine of a global D2C health and wellness brand by driving execution across teams, operationalizing strategy, and partnering closely with the founder to scale growth. This role blends commercial leadership with hands‑on operational excellence balancing P&L management, revenue optimization, and supply chain oversight to deliver sustainable, profitable expansion across international markets. Responsibilities Own company‑wide execution, from strategic planning to cross‑functional alignment across marketing, finance, product, and operations Manage full P&L performance, driving margin improvement and commercial efficiency Translate vision into measurable growth targets and scalable systems Oversee supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment ensuring operational excellence while supporting commercial goals Work directly with the founder on expansion strategy, new product launches, and geographic growth Lead and mentor a global team across time zones and disciplines Establish performance frameworks to ensure speed, accountability, and quality Must‑Haves 10+ years of senior leadership experience within CPG, D2C, or natural health/wellness industries Proven track record managing P&L, margin, pricing, and revenue growth Experience scaling a consumer brand from $50M+ to $250M+ in annual revenue Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics (manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics) with a commercial mindset Data‑driven decision‑maker who balances strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional alignment skills Based in Europe (not the Netherlands or UK) or Latin America Nice‑to‑Haves Experience leading multi‑region operations or distributed teams Exposure to eCommerce, nutraceutical, or supplement products Previous partnership or investor relations experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
