Location: Angelópolis, Puebla (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time About the Role The Business Analyst will play a key role in enhancing logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. This position focuses on improving data visibility, quality, and accuracy to support decision-making and process optimization across the organization. Responsibilities Create reports and extract data for analysis and business insights Analyze logistics data to support operational and strategic decisions Develop and maintain dashboards to improve real-time visibility Collaborate on data-driven projects with cross-functional teams Maintain and enhance existing data analysis tools Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality Monitor and troubleshoot system-related issues Manage processes related to inventory (blocked stock, discrepancies, delayed receipts) Administer user access to internal systems Support the development and monitoring of new processes Perform operational tasks as required Contribute to the implementation of AI initiatives in logistics processes Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) – mandatory Advanced Excel skills Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling, visualizations) Experience in data analysis and reporting Basic knowledge of databases (SQL is a plus) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Key Competencies High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication and collaboration skills Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics or operations (warehouse, transportation, quality, process improvement) Exposure to supply chain processes Interest or experience in AI applications within business or logistics environments If you are looking for a role where you can leverage data to drive operational excellence at a regional level, we’d love to hear from you!
