We’re hiring Senior FrontEnd Engineers in Mexico City! *This is a long-term project, hybrid on-site 3 days/week, with benefits and a direct contract with the company. This opportunity is with a 250+ person Product & Engineering organization that builds technology to enable large-scale creative automation for some of the world’s leading brands, turning single ideas into high-performing global campaigns. The organization is also increasingly leveraging AI-driven workflows to generate, adapt, and optimize creative content at scale. We’re currently looking for: Senior FrontEnd Engineer: React + TypeScript As a Senior Frontend Engineer, You Will: Take an end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment. Find the smallest possible increments to deliver value to our customers as quickly as possible. Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed and well-executed software. Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs. Be a core contributor to our Engineering Group, ensuring our frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable. Act as a mentor and technical guide, elevating the team through constructive code reviews and sharing your expertise. Drive projects forward independently and proactively dispatching roadblocks. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of experience in building robust, complex web applications with a mastery of frontend development. Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimization. Proven ability to drive projects independently, showing persistence and autonomy in the face of technical hurdles. Ambition and eagerness to excel and commitment to continuous growth Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English Strong analytical skills to translate a broad product vision into actionable technical tasks. Motivation for solving customers' problems and delivering value to customers at a fast pace We’re looking for engineers who: • Have 5+ years of experience building complex web applications • Communicate effectively in English Mexico City (hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
