We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop ML models for classification, recommendation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics Build AI-driven solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG for use cases such as ticket summarization, auto-triage, and knowledge retrieval Develop Agentic AI workflows for automated investigation, ticket routing, escalation, and resolution recommendations Create recommender systems leveraging RCA insights, logs, and historical operational data Integrate ML/AI solutions into observability platforms, ticketing systems, and dashboards Implement MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and performance tracking Support automation use cases such as self-healing and auto-remediation in IT operations environments Required Skills: Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector‑based search Experience with Agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, etc.) Experience with Azure AI/ML services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Search, AI Foundry) Strong understanding of MLOps and production model lifecycle Proven ability to translate business and operational challenges into AI-driven solutions Nice to Have: Experience with observability and monitoring tools Exposure to AppDynamics or Google Analytics Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) Experience in Travel/Tourism industry Experience: 6+ years of experience in AI/ML or related roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
