Req ID: We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance and Support (L2) professional to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico. Responsibilities Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis. Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required. Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms. Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery initiatives. Work collaboratively with team members and provide technical feedback and support to Development teams. Perform detailed RCA of issues in production and implement corrective actions. Validate collaboration and communication skills, leading in a global environment. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support (L2). Strong knowledge of Unix.
