Overview System Administrator role with focus on incentive compensation management and sales tools integration. Strong data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and experience with CIQ/ICM platforms are required. Responsibilities Provide administration and configuration for incentive compensation management (ICM) platforms and related sales tools. Develop recommendations for quotas, accelerators, and compensation structures for stakeholders. Perform data-driven quota analysis and performance assessment; manipulate data and build insights using spreadsheets and related tools. Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve problems across integrated systems, including CRM and other sales tools. Collaborate with sales teams and organizations to communicate best practices and drive tool adoption. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in IT or Business and/or equivalent work experience. CaptivateIQ (CIQ) experience is required; experience with CaptivateIQ or similar sales commissions software is a plus. 3+ years of experience creating/managing sales or incentive compensation plans or equivalent sales system experience. Experience as a system administrator for sales tools including CRM applications is a plus. Strong data manipulation, logic, and spreadsheet skills; understanding of data structures between systems. Ability to troubleshoot and proactively resolve issues; data-driven approach to analysis. Strong communication skills and experience working with sales teams and organizations. Consulting, startup, and/or SaaS experience is a plus; Salesforce experience is helpful.
