This teacher will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality bilingual curriculum and supporting students across grades Preschool to Grade 9. Role Summary AIM Campus Valle offers a U.S.–accredited curriculum alongside programming in academics, arts, sports and technology. The IT teacher will plan, deliver and assess lessons, foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with colleagues and families. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students while aligning with curriculum, policies and assessment requirements. Assess students’ progress regularly, provide targeted feedback and drive continuous improvement. Build a positive, inclusive classroom and school environment that encourages risk‑taking and collaboration. Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices and participate in professional development. Contribute to co‑curricular activities, leading clubs and participating in whole‑school initiatives. Maintain open communication with parents and build strong partnerships to support student development. The Ideal Candidate Will Have A genuine passion for education and the ability to engage young people. Proven excellence in personal, academic and professional achievements. Deep subject expertise and ability to inspire students to make outstanding progress. Experience assessing student progress and providing targeted feedback, including external assessments. Experience in pastoral care and promoting student well‑being with a focus on individual attention. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently while building positive relationships with families. A commitment to continuous professional development. Strong organisational and administrative skills, capable of planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines under pressure. PGCE, QTS or equivalent, with strong academic credentials and, ideally, evidence of postgraduate study. Energy, enthusiasm and a flexible, resourceful approach to working in a dynamic school environment.
