(7-month contract to start) Key Responsibilities Reviewing and analysing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conducting video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and suitability for the position. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate selection. Building and maintaining a talent pool of potential candidates for future job openings. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Collaborating with stakeholders to effectively and efficiently get placements on engineering teams. Engaging with clients and potential clients to understand their engineering needs and help them build/scale their engineering teams. Assist our Client in achieving their strategic priorities by providing advice and consultation on their project and talent requirements. Qualifications Must have: Degree or equivalent qualification in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering. 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a demanded Tech stack (Python (preferred) FE &/or BE) 3+ years of experience in Cloud technologies Experience in Langchain, LLM and RAG Demonstrated ability to work remotely, including strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to do 5 hours overlap hours in different locations. Previous experience working in a startup environment, including a willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements. Experience in a multicultural environment, with an ability to work effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and cultures with EST (9 am - 3 p.m. EST). Nice to have: Previous experience as a Technical Leader Experience collaborating with the Product Team to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
