Responsibilities Supervise human and material resources to meet the assigned production schedule, ensuring compliance with procedures and work instructions to guarantee product conformity, personnel safety, and organizational integrity. Ensure that operational tools and equipment are in optimal working condition. Ensure that operating personnel are familiar with the control plan and execute it to guarantee product conformity. Ensure the execution of procedures and work instructions documented in the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System to achieve product conformity, and guarantee these documents are available in the work area. Supervise that non‑conforming product is handled according to established procedures. Prepare rejected and non‑conforming product reports detailing root causes, as well as generated scrap reports; these reports must be submitted daily to the Production Coordinator. Review daily the raw scrap and burnt scrap attributable to your area. Determine containment actions when a root cause affects the stability of operations, and immediately inform the Production Coordinator. Inform operators of Engineering changes and follow the procedures and work instructions provided by Process Engineering. Propose corrective, preventive, and/or containment actions to ensure product conformity. Verify that the records required by the Quality and Safety Management System are maintained. Conduct work‑in‑process (WIP) inventory during the assigned shift. Supervise and advise SMART TEAMs. Ensure personnel under your supervision are competent (Education, skills, and knowledge) to perform their assigned operations, and verify their certification. Verify that assigned personnel complete their scheduled training program. Ensure equipment receives preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee operational continuity. Manage operating personnel's attendance incidents and overtime, and submit them to HR. Accept and promote the Environmental Management System. Actively support compliance with the Environmental Management System policy. Accept and actively participate in the Environmental Management System processes. Identify, ensure compliance, and follow up on operational controls, as well as risks and opportunities related to environmental aspects. Promote compliance with the Environmental Management System policy. Manage the change process regarding the Environmental Management System. Promote compliance with operational controls, as well as risks and opportunities.
