About the Role The Systems Analyst supports day‑to‑day operational systems by translating business needs into functional system solutions and ensuring applications run reliably and efficiently. This role works closely with Operations and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, coordinate system enhancements, execute testing, and resolve incidents. It plays a key role in maintaining system stability while driving continuous improvements and automation initiatives. Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day operational systems and ensure reliable application performance. Gather and document functional requirements, process flows, and system specifications. Coordinate system enhancements, configurations, testing (UAT/SIT), and release support. Analyze operational data to identify improvement or automation opportunities. Manage integrations between systems and data flows. Coordinate with IT teams, developers, and third‑party vendors. Apply change management and production support best practices to ensure timely delivery. Work in fast‑paced environments supporting multiple priorities simultaneously. Qualifications Solid understanding of operational processes and how systems support day‑to‑day business activities. Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements, process flows, and system specifications. Familiarity with system enhancements, configurations, testing (UAT/SIT), and release support. Ability to analyze operational data and identify improvement or automation opportunities. Understanding of integrations between systems and data flows. Experience coordinating with IT teams, developers, and third‑party vendors. Knowledge of change management and production support best practices. Strong documentation, organization, and follow‑up skills to ensure timely delivery. Ability to work in fast‑paced environments supporting multiple priorities simultaneously. Data Analysis & Reporting – uses operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination – works effectively with internal IT teams and third‑party providers to deliver solutions.
