About the Role We are looking for a hands-on RPA Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join a high-impact automation program. This is not a traditional BA role — we’re seeking someone who understands automation from both the business and technical side, ideally with prior experience as an RPA Developer. You will play a key role in unblocking a backlog of 40+ automation use cases, helping design, optimize, and scale automation solutions within a structured RPA program. Key Responsibilities Lead process discovery sessions with business stakeholders Conduct deep-dive assessments (as-is) and identify automation opportunities Design future state processes (to-be) with a strong process improvement mindset Create detailed PDDs (Process Design Documents) including flows, screenshots, and logic Collaborate closely with RPA developers and technical teams Drive conversations and push initiatives forward with urgency Evaluate what should and should NOT be automated Required Qualifications Proven experience as RPA Business Analyst Previous hands-on experience as an RPA Developer (highly preferred) Strong expertise in UiPath Studio (must-have) Solid understanding of the end-to-end automation lifecycle Experience working in structured RPA programs (not ad-hoc automations) Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Nice to Have Exposure to UiPath StudioX or other low-code tools Experience with Power Automate Background in RPA migration projects (e.g., NICE → UiPath) What We’re Looking For Strong sense of urgency and ownership Ability to drive meetings and decisions forward Comfortable challenging stakeholders when needed Proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented mindset Why Join High-impact role in a growing automation program Opportunity to build and improve RPA capabilities , not just maintain Exposure to enterprise automation + emerging low-code technologies Collaborative, fast-paced environment with real business impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
