Responsabilidades Lead governance in a hyper-regulated, high-impact environment. Build and elevate the company's entire compliance framework. Oversee and continuously improve the risk management model, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry requirements. Establish, formalize, and elevate corporate governance processes, policies, and decision-making structures. Lead the organization's ethics and integrity program, including the whistleblowing channel and internal investigations. Prepare and present executive-level compliance and risk reports for the CEO and Board. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies (anticorruption, conflicts of interest, data protection, internal controls, etc.). Promote ethics, accountability, transparency, and responsible business practices. Coordinate crisis management and ensure business continuity under a structured governance framework. Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on all compliance and governance matters. Perfil buscado 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Governance, or similar roles. Demonstrated experience as a Compliance Officer or equivalent leadership role. Strong exposure to hyper-regulated industries (financial services, insurance, energy, health, etc.). Proven ability to interact with and present to Boards and Executive Committees. Advanced English proficiency. Strong ethical compass, strategic thinking, and the ability to build frameworks in organizations undergoing formalization or growth.
