Duties And Responsibilities Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) Ensure product availability per inventory plan for all SKUs Drive cross‑functional planning activities Manage inventory to minimize liability from contract manufacturers Manage a team of 3+ planning supervisors and 1 purchasing supervisor Support new product launches and product transfers to site Perform capacity analysis in molding and production areas Ensure SAP maintenance with commitments to customers Maintain Available to Promise (ATP) and On‑Time to Promise (OTP) Reconcile inventory data to reflect accurate inventory picture Develop and implement EHS management system compliance and employee training Retain and recognize team members, create development plans Required Qualifications For Consideration Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 3‑5 years of experience in planning management or 5+ years as a planner Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Experience with SAP management EEO Statement CommScope is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO), including people with disabilities and veterans.
