Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions Coordinate and supervises actions that increase productivity, improve processes and coordinate projects with different groups. Responsible for the RCCA to solve problems. Create work plan/BOM. Red lines/WOA's and work routines. Give feedback to the \"First Article System\". Good understanding of manufacturing concepts and proficiency to elaborate electrical visual aids (SOP's). Create STR investigation to validate design issues. Other Requirements Catia V4 & V5. CAS/Solumina. MS project. Power BI and additive manufacturing. AIR system. MS office Excel. ProjectManagement. Lean Manufacturing. ERP. RCA. CARs. May have external negotiations. Proven experience in creating work routines and continuous improvement methods. English spoken and written (85% advanced). Abilities as trainer to develop other engineers and/or people from different groups.
