As a Finance Specialist, you will be a key member of the Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) team and Commercial Finance. You will support Industrial Automation FP&A and Commercial Finance, acting as partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive business performance, ensure financial rigor, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision‑making. Responsibilities Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly financial reporting and analysis. Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial reporting and insights: Orders, Revenue, P&L, margins, working capital, etc. Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Short‑Range Outlook (SRO) processes. Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance. Partner with commercial and operations teams to translate business activity into financial outcomes. Support business decision‑making through data‑driven analysis and financial modeling. Drive standardization of financial planning and reporting processes across the organization, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance data quality. Lead and support automation initiatives for recurring financial processes and reporting. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and transparency. Ensure strong financial controls, data integrity, and compliance with corporate policies and standards. Collaborate cross‑functionally to support business objectives and operational execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Approximately 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business planning, accounting, or a related field. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills. Strong business partnering with cross‑functional teams. Fluent in English. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. We Value Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsiga, Oracle), Visual Basic, Power BI, etc. Familiarity with automation tools (Power Query, Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar). Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization. Ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exposure to process improvement and standardization initiatives.
