Key Responsibilities Manage literature lifecycle: updates, version control, and compliance. Maintain metadata and taxonomy for content assets. Coordinate workflows between creative, compliance, and production teams (traffic). Support reporting for literature distribution. Oversee print production workflows (Litho & Print on Demand). Manage vendors, specifications, and quality control for printed materials. Coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution across locations. Identify and improve workflow efficiencies. Must-have Skills Experience with T.M. Storefront (Toppan Merrill) or similar. Strong knowledge of print production (paper types, color profiles, finishing). Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups. In‑depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments. Experience in content governance, taxonomy, or literature management. Workflow/traffic coordination experience. Nice-to-have AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day‑to‑day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
